关于近代欧洲资本主义兴起的原因 ,大多数学者仅从经济、政治两个角度论述。笔者认为还应从法律和宗教两个角度论述 ,表明法制进步和宗教改革 ,在欧洲资本主义发展过程中 ,创造了两种文化氛围 ,对欧洲走出中世纪 。

Concerning the reasons for modern European capitalist countries to rise,most mathematicians discuss from the economic and political angles.But the author thinks that we should also discuss this question from the legal and religious angles,showing that the advance of legal system and the reform of Religion produced two cultural atmosphers in the development of European capitalism,promoting Europe to step out of the Middle Ages into capitalism.
