The higher teachers education faces unprecedented chance and challenge in the 2lst century . Quickening reformation and remolding talent's cultural model in teachers training school are not only the necessary demand of socialist modernization, but also the need of self—development of talent's cultural model.This thesis is to impel the higher teachers education to strengthen the construction of software and hardware in order to adapt the challenge of new life.
