强化国有企业监管的几点思考

Some thoughts on the strengthening of supervision of state-owned enterprises

如何确保国有企业健康快速发展 ,实现国有资产保值增值 ,是人们普遍关心和亟待解决的课题。解决好这一课题很关键的一点 ,就是结合实际强化政府的监管 ,在机制上、方法措施上有所创新与突破。本文就强化监管的意义、作用、方法作了初步探讨。监管必须注意发挥行业协会的作用 ,必须走内外结合协同监管之路。

One of the matters at present in China to enjoy great concern and to be solved fundamentally within a short period is how to make state owned enterprises develop in a healthy and fast way and how to keep and increase the value of the assets of the state owned enterprises.The key to solve the problem is to strengthen the supervision of government and to bring forth new ideas , methods and measures on restructuring. This article preliminarily probes into the significance, function and methods of strengthening supervision. Attention must be given to the role of emplyers' organization. Supervision from inside and outside of the enterprises must be conbined.
