随着社会主义市场经济发展和改革开放的逐步深入，当代大学生与以往大学生相比在思想遣德方面有了很大的变化。面对新情况，要进行实事求是的分析，了解当代大学生的实际思想道德状况，针对大学生遣德品质的不同层次，既要肯定先进层次，也不可忽视落后层次的存在。

With the development of socialist market economy and gradual deepening of reform and opening, modern college students have changed greatly in idealogical morality comparing to the students before. In face of the new situcation, make a realistic analysis and have an intinate understanding of the actual situation of idealogical morality of modern college students. In light of the different levels of their moral quality,affirm those active,but not ignore those backword. This paper mainly discusses how to direct mordern college students effectively.
