摘要
研究了对硝基偶氮羧与铅β型显色反应的条件。在 0.048mol·L-1的柠檬酸介质中,试剂与铅形成 2:1的稳定的蓝色络合物,最大吸收波长在725nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.79×105L·mol-1·cm-1。铅量在0~35μg/25ml内符合比耳定律。建立了测定微量铅的方法。
The results of the study on the β typed chromogenic reaction conditions of pnitroazocarboxy with lead show that in 0. 048mo1- 1. lemon acid medium pnitroazocarboxy reacts with lead to form a 2: 1 blue stable complex with a maximum absorption at 725nm and the molar absorptivity of 1. 79× 10 L mol -1, cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-35 μg 125ml lead. From this a new method for the determination of microlead is established
