摘要
抗除草剂杂草的出现和发展 ,对化学除草剂的推广使用提出新的挑战 ,使人们在除草剂作用机理以及抗药性机理的同时 ,筛选和分离抗性基因 ,最后获得抗除草剂的转基因植物 .
With the development and appearance of resistant herbicide weed,the spreading and using of chemical weed killer are facing new challenge.So more and more people set to study the action mechanism and resistance of herbicide,at the same time,they select and separate the resistance gene in order to ger the transgene plant of resistant herbicide.
