摘要
目的探索放射性核素骨显象对人工髋关节置换术后股骨假体松动诊断的价值。方法用生物力学原理分析人工髋关节假体骨显象时异常放射性浓聚的规律。结果59例72个髋假体骨显象中,32个髋假体正常,40个髋假体异常,异常放射性浓聚分布部位与生物力学分析的受力部位有较好的一致性。结论结合生物力学分析骨显象结果是诊断假体松动的一种敏感有效方法,也是鉴别假体松动与感染的有效方法,特别适用于人工假体置换术后的动态观察研究。
Objective To investigate the value of radionuclear bone imaging for diagnosis of prostheses loosening after hip arthroplasty.Methods The abnormal density patterns of radionuclear bone imaging in hip arthroplasty were reviewed with biomechanical principles.Results Seventy_two(in 59 patients) prostheses were examined,normal imaging were found in 32 prostheses and abnormal in 40.The abnormal concentration of bone imaging were highly correlared to the area of biomechanical distribution.Conclusions The radionuclear bone imaging is a sensitive method for diagnosis of prostheses loosening after hip arthroplasty,the method may be applied for the differentiation between prostheses loosening and infection,particularly in continuous follow_up.
