黏膜缝叠加消痔灵注射治疗直肠内脱垂(附32例报告)

LONGITUDINAL SUTURE OF MUCOSA AND XIAO ZHI LING INJECTION TREA-TMENT FOR ITERNAL RECTAL PROLAPSE (ANALYSIS OF 32 CASES)

目的 :探讨直肠内脱垂 (IRP)的病因和手术方式。方法 :对 32例直肠内脱垂的患者采用直肠黏膜纵行缝叠加消痔灵注射术。结果 :治愈 2 2例 ,占 6 9%;显效 8例 ,占 2 5 %;无效 2例 ,占 6 %,总有效率为 94%。结论 :该术式操作简单 ,费用低 ,疗效满意。还对术前和术后应注意的问题提出了建议。

Objective: To investigate the etiology and measures of surgical therapy of internal rectal prolapse. Methods: Operations of rectal mucosa longitudinal terrace suture plus Xiaozhiling injections were done 32 cases with internal rectal prolapse. Results: The operations completely cured 22 cases (69%), showed marked effect in 8 cases(25%), and showed no effect in 2 cases(6%). The total effective rate reached 94%. Conclusion: This surgical method reveals to be simple, reliable and economical. The therapeutic effects were satisfactory.
