摘要
目的 探讨腓肠肌细胞Na+ K+ ATP酶活性及细胞形态学与原发性深静脉瓣膜功能不全 (DVI)的关系。方法 DVI患者按病情分成为 3组 ,每组 9人 ,行腓肠肌及缝匠肌Na+ K+ ATP酶及细胞形态学检测。结果 DVI的轻、中度组腓肠肌及缝匠肌各组间Na+ K+ ATP酶活性及细胞形态学检测比较 ,差异无显著性。重度组腓肠肌与轻、中度组腓肠肌及缝匠肌组比较 ,腓肠肌细胞Na+ K+ ATP酶活性降低 ,细胞形态出现退行性病变。结论 随DVI病情进展 ,腓肠肌细胞Na+ K+ ATP酶活性降低 。
Objective This work was aimed at the study of the relationship between the Na + K + ATPase activity of gastrocneminus muscle cells and PDVI and the relationship between the PDVI and cytomorphology of gastrocneminus muscle cells. Methods Patients with DVI in three different stages of developing process were grouped into early、middle and advanced stage, each 9 cases. The mean Na + K + ATPase activity and histochemical morphology of gastrocnemius and sartorius muscle specimens were measured in these subjects. Results There was no significant difference of the Na + K + ATPase activity or cytomorphology,either between early and mid stage group or between early, mid stage and control groups. But there was significant difference between advanced and early or mid stage group or between advanced stage and control groups. Conclusion As the process of DVI develops,the activity of Na + K + ATPase decreases and morphological degeneration can be found in gastrocnemius muscle cells.
