摘要 肿瘤新生血管生成在肿瘤的生长和转移过程中起着重要作用 ,抗血管生成治疗可能成为肿瘤治疗的新方法。本文综述了乳腺癌的血管生成机制及乳腺癌抗血管生成治疗的研究进展。 Angiogensis plays an important role in tumor growth and metastasis,and anti-angiogenic therapy is a promising treatment of cancer. We review the proceedings on angiogensis and breast cancer ,and the progress in the field of anti-angiogenic therapy for breast cancer.
