定喘汤及其拆方的药理作用

目的 :拟从定喘汤的 9味药中筛造出 3～ 4味药组成新方 ,使其平喘、止咳作用与原方相似 ,而不良反应较小。方法 :采用平喘、解痉、镇咳、急性毒性等动物实验。结果 :定喘汤、拆方 1号、拆方 2号皆有较强的平喘、止咳作用 ,与氨茶碱组比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5) ;与生理盐水组比较 ,差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;3用药组间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5) ;定喘汤、拆方 1号、拆方 2号对豚鼠离体气管平滑肌皆有较强的松弛作用 ,与氨茶碱组比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5) ;定喘汤、拆方 1号、拆方 2号皆有较强的镇咳作用 ,与可待因组比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5) ;与生理盐水组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ;定喘汤、拆方 1号、拆方 2号不良反应都很小。结论 :拆方 1号、拆方 2号的平喘、止咳作用与定喘汤皆相似 ,且不良反应都很小 。

OBJECTIVE To study relieving cough and asthma effect, toxic and side effect of new prescriptions made up of 3～4 Chinese herbs selected from Dingchuantang (Asthma Relieving Decocting). METHODS Animal experiments of relieving asthma, spasmolysis,relieving cough and acute toxic test were used. The guinea pigs were randomly divided into Dingchuantang group (DCT),Chaifang Ⅰ group (CFⅠ),ChaifangⅡgroup(CFⅡ),aminophylline group (AG),codeine group (CG),normal saline group (NS). RESULTS Relieving asthma effect of DCT, CF Ⅰand CFⅡwas as stronger as that of AG( P > 0.05 ),and was stronger than that of NS( P < 0.01 );relieving asthma effect of DCT,CFⅠand CFⅡwas not significant difference ( P > 0.05 );relaxation of DCT,CFI and CFⅡ on isolated tracheal smooth muscle of guinea pigs was as remarkable as that of AG( P > 0.05 ).Relieving cough effect of DCT, CFⅠand CFⅡwas as stronger as that of CG( P > 0.05 ), and was stronger than that of NS ( P < 0.05 or P < 0.01 ). Toxic and side effect of DCT, CFⅠand CFⅡwas very small. CONCLUSIONS Relieving cough and asthma effect of CFⅠand CFⅡwas as similar as that of DCT. Toxic and side effect of CFⅠand CFⅡwas very small. CFⅠand CFⅡwill completely replace DCT.
