七叶皂苷钠含量的测定

目的 :研究七叶皂苷钠原料含量测定。方法 :用氢氧化钠水解七叶皂苷钠结构上的两个酯基 ,然后将过剩氢氧化钠用盐酸回滴定。结果 :4h水解完全 ,终点明显 ,回收率为 99.4% ,RSD =0 .32 %。结论 :方法准确 ,专一 。

OBJECTIVE To probe into a back titration for determination of raw escins.METHODS Hydrolyze two ester bond of previously neutralized escins with 10 ml of 0.2 mol·L -1 sodium hydroxide volumetric solution and titrate with 0.1 mol·L -1 hydrochloric acid volumetric solution.RESULTS Hydrolysis was completed in 4 h.The end point was clear. The average recovery was 99.4% , RSD= 0.32% .CONCLUSIONS The method is accurate and specific.
