摘要
针对现有软性开关逆变电路中存在的谐振电压峰值过高、离散脉冲调制困难和回零控制复杂等问题,结合串联和并联谐振电路拓扑结构的优缺点,提出了新型的复合谐振直流环节逆变电路。理论分析和仿真结果表明,这种新型逆变电路兼有串联和并联谐振的特点,其电路结构简单、开关器件电压应力小且回零控制可靠,具有理论和工程应用价值。
Abstract: To our best knowledge, existing soft-switched inverters such as RDCLI (Resonant DC Link Inverter), ACRLI (Actively Clamped RDCLI) and PRDCLI (Parallel RDCLI) arc not quite convenient in engineering applications. We propose an inverter, called MRDCLI (Multiple RDCLI), that is more convenient than existing ones. In Section 1, our analysis of MRDCLI includes: (1) the topological structure of its circuitry; (2) the division of one complete resonance period into eight stages, the equivalent circuits of these stages, the establishment of their mathematical models, and the method of controlling them. In Section 2, we give simulation results which show preliminarily that our MRDCLI is relatively simpler than PRDCLI (which, in our opinion, is up to now the best soft-switched inverter) in topological structure and frequency adjustment. Both our MRDCLI and PRDCLI can keep the voltage stress at the low value of 1. 0 source voltage.
