摘要
研制了采用最新的SDC4 0B可编程数字调节器与通用型工控机组成的集散型热处理炉微机控制系统。主要介绍了系统组成、主要仪表选型及硬件构成等。分析了双交叉限幅控制方式的原理及实现方法。现场使用证明 ,系统性能稳定、超支、操作方便、可使加热质量和热效率明显提高 ,能耗大大降低。
A Distributed Control System of heat treating furnace, which is composed of a up to date industrial computer and a latest Digitronik SDC40B, is introduced in this paper .The system construction, main instrumentation selection, hardware and software structure are discussed in details. The application and method of implementing of the Double Cross Limit Combustion Control are studied.
