摘要
机械加工中 ,由于刀具与工件间的摩擦发热而使工件产生热变形 ,致使工件在加工时的尺寸与冷却至室温时的尺寸不同。为了确保圆柱体零件的加工精度 ,可在在线测量中加入合适的热补偿量 ,有利于提高磨削加工的精度和效率。研究结果表明 ,随着零件半径 r0 的变化 ,Δ u的变化幅度不大 ,其磨削加工中的热变形主要集中在零件较薄的表层里。
Thermal deformation of work pieces happens in mechanical processing due to the friction between the cutter and the work piece, and in order to ensure the processing precision and improve the grinding efficiency, it is necessary to carry out on line measuring and real time compensating.The research result indicates that with the change of cylindrical radius r 0, the change of Δ u is relatively small, and the thermal deformation of mechanical parts mainly exists in the surface in grinding.
