摘要
在分析现有火电单元机组负荷控制策略的基础上 ,提出一种新的协调控制方案 ,它是基本的炉跟机和机跟炉方式的综合 ,将功率和汽压的控制分别分解给锅炉和汽机的控制端 ,使控制器对功率和汽压偏差的响应从锅炉控制侧和汽机控制侧同时作出。仿真实验研究表明这种方法比原有的方法有较好的动态特性 。
On the basis of analysis of some existing load control schemes of fossil fired power unit, a new coordinated control scheme is proposed. It integrates the basic boiler follow and turbine follow modes,distributes the controls of power and steam pressure to the controllers of the boiler and turbine, and makes them respond to the errors of power and steam pressure at the same time. The research on simulation indicates this method has better dynamic characteristics than the former, and raise the ability of load control system to quick respond to the set point of load and stabilize the steam pressure.
