摘要
介绍 NS导向提馏塔板在利津石油化工厂 30万 t/a常压塔上的工业应用情况。应用结果表明 ,NS导向提馏塔板是适合提馏 (汽提 )段操作的新型高效提馏专用塔板 ,能够有效降低塔底残液中轻组分含量 ,减少蒸汽或再沸汽用量 ,降低能耗 ,从而解决了板式塔或填料塔提馏段效率低的难题。
A new NS guiding stripper plate was developed and successfully used in the 300 thousand ton distillation tower Lijin Refinery. The results show that high stripping capacity, low steam dosage and raising product rate have been achieved.
