摘要
从光子与声子相互作用机理出发 ,导出金属材料能量吸收速率 .利用格林函数和有限积分变换法求出有热源情况下的热传导方程的解析解 ,讨论了材料性质、板厚度对板内温度分布的影响 .结果表明 :矩形激光脉冲辐照下金属板材料温度分布具有波动特征 ,板厚度和板材料性质对温度波动频率有重要影响 .
From the mechanism of interaction between the photon and phonon, we derive the energy absorbtion rate of metal plate materials. With Green's function and finite intergral transform, we obtain the analytic heat resource. The effects of the meterial's nature and thickness on the temperature profile in the slab. Results show that: with the rectangular laser pulse irradiation, the temperature in the metal plate materials has an undulation feature; the thichness and nature of the slab have important effect on the frequency.
