摘要
以葡萄皮脱分化组织为最初材料 ,用根癌农杆菌 70 2菌株感染 ,通过纸电泳证明胭脂碱合成醇基因的存在 ,并在无激素培养基上培养 5~ 6代以上 ,将此组织 (MS)作为本次实验的研究对象 .用 He- Ne激光辐照 ,对 MS进行诱变处理 ,通过继代选育 ,得到优良细胞系 T12 ,其特点是 :生长迅速 ,生长周期比对照组 (CK)缩短 1 0~ 1 5天 ;生长曲线的稳定期明显延长 ,白藜芦醇平均产量比 CK组提高 40 %.通过稳定性实验证明 T12 组遗传性状是可靠的 .
Resveratrol is a phytoalexin in many food products,especially in grape,it was found to act as an antioxidant and has cancer chemopreventive activity in this paper,the effect of laser irradiation on grape peel callus which was infected by Agrobacterium tumefaciens 702 strain and was subcultured for 5-6 generation was observed.From the experiment,the biomass and content of resveratrol are greatly influenced by different induction time.A variety cells of resveratrol were bred-the yield of resveratrol were raised,the culture period was shorten from 35 days to 30 days,the biomass were raised,All characteristics of calle induced were steady.
