描述了对高功率 LD端面泵浦 Nd:YLF激光放大器的研究。放大器的耦合结构采用微透镜对泵浦光进行准直 ,透镜导管 ( lensduct)对其汇聚 ,耦合效率达 72 .2 %。用该放大器构成的振荡器的斜效率为 35 .9%。该激光放大器的口径为 1 0 mm,在 1 0 5 3nm处具有 2 .6
The study on high power laser diode arrays end-pumping Nd:YLF laser amplifier was discussed. The amplifier's coupling structure includes a microlens which collimates the pumping light and a lensduct which focuses it into the laser rod. Its coupling efficiency is up to 72.2%. The slope efficiency of the laser oscillator composed by the amplifier is 35.9%. A small signal gain of 2.66 is obtained at 1053 nm.
