摘要
本文从系统的观点出发 ,对减振器的异常噪声问题进行了实验研究。研究中将减振器作为悬架的组件之一 ,考虑路面激励特性、轮胎动特性和减振器动特性对减振器异响的影响。为此 ,设计了实车道路和室内台架实验方法 ,进行了轮胎和减振器结构的模态测试 ,并利用先进的数据分析处理手段 ,对减振器噪声的影响因素进行了深入的分析 ,得到了一些新的重要的结论。本文的研究对进一步从系统的观点了解减振器异响发生的机理 。
< Abstract > In the paper a systematic experimental research on the abnormal noise of hydraulic suspension shock absorber is described.In the research the damper's abnormal noise is treated as a system engineering problem.So not only the hydraulic shock absorber,but also the roed pavement and the dynamic characteristics of tires are considered integratedly.Based on the road test and rig test for shock absorber noise,it is found that the road type,tire dynamic characteristics and the hydraulic shock absober all have great effect on the abnormal noise of shork absorber.The conclusions drawn are very useful for understanding the mechanism of shock absorber abnormal noise,and for its control.
