摘要
鉴于质谱检漏技术具有灵敏度高、反应快、适应性强和能定位、定量的特点 ,故能满足航天工程复杂设备的检漏要求。为此 ,根据地面环模试验设备、液体运载火箭、星载仪器、卫星、飞船及铁路液氢槽车等设备的具体情况 ,采用不同的检漏方法 ,解决了航天工程设备检漏技术的难题 ,确保了航天工业产品的质量。实践证明 。
The mass spectrometer leak detecting technology has such advantages as high sensitivity,speed reaction and good adaptation,it can satisfy the requirements of leak detection of the complicated equipment in the space engineering.The different leak detecting technologies are used in the fields as ground environmental simulation experiment equipment,liquid rocket,satellite_borne instruments,vehicle and railway LH 2 tank.The problems of leakage in space equipment have been dissolved.The quality of space products is assured.It is proved through practice that the mass spectrometer leak detecting technology will have the great prospects in China space industry.
