摘要
运用电子显微分析、X射线衍射等现代分析技术研究了热处理温度对复合镀层的表面形貌、内部结构、附着力和显微硬度的影响 ;利用自制的多功能摩擦磨损试验机和超高真空环模设备评价了复合镀层的摩擦学性能和冷焊效应。研究结果证明 :镀态下Ni_P_PTFE复合镀层属于非晶结构 ,经 4 0 0℃热处理后基本完成了晶态的转变 ;在试验温度范围内 ,镀层的显微硬度和附着力随热处理温度的升高而提高 ;镀层在大气与真空中的耐磨寿命相近 ,在超高真空中不发生冷焊 。
The effects of heat treatment temperature on the microstructure,adhesion and hardness of electroless Ni_P_PTFE are studied by the advanced analytic technologies such as scanning electron microscopy,X_ray diffraction and so on.Self_made multi_purpose friction and wear testing equipment and ultrahigh vacuum simulator are used to investigate the tribological performance and weldability of the coating.The results show that the Ni_P_PTFE composite coating is cha_racterized by an amorphous structure,the complete crystallization occurs above 400℃,within the testing temperature,the hardness and adhesion properties of the coating will be improved following the increase of the heat treatment temperature,the wear resistant time is similar in atmosphere and vacuum,the cold weld will not appear in ultrahigh vacuum. The coating can be applied to the space environment.
