摘要
本文从人才培养指导思想和培养目标出发 ,探讨了IE专业本科教育培养模式及其基础化、能力化、素质化、综合化和个性化等特征 。
This paper discusses the training mode of IE undergraduate education and its characters, such as the basing,ability,diathesis,integration and individuation based on the instruction thought and training aim of IE talented persons.And it also discusses the strategy of implementing the training mode.
