摘要
本文介绍了强制循环空气冷却器(简称冷风机)传热热阻大致估计值,并对影响其传热系数的各种因素进行了分析。得到了下述结论:首先,如果采取有效措施降低空气侧的传热热阻,即可明显提高传热系数;其次,如果在制冷剂侧采用选择供液方式、控制供液量,或采用高效传热管等措施,还可以进一步提高传热系数。
This article introduces the approximate estimate of heat transfer resistance of forced convection air coolers and analyzes the factors affecting overall coefficient of heat transfer. It leads to result as follow: The first, The overall coefficient of transfer can be enhanced if sufficient measures be taken to decrease the heat resistance on air side. The second, The overall coefficient of heat transfer can be further improved if the fecding mode of the refrigerant could be optimized or highly enhanced surface tube be used.
