摘要
偶联剂能够增加陶瓷粉体和有机载体的相容性 ,起到降低浆料体系粘度和增加陶瓷固相体积分数的作用。本文测定了不同的偶联剂在Al2 O3 粉体表面的单分子层饱和吸附量 (硬脂酸为 2 2 2 %、十八醇为2 15 %和铝酸酯为 3 36 % ) ,并测定分析了不同的偶联剂在单分子层饱和吸附含量下对Al2 O3 浆料体系粘度的影响 。
Coupling agents have important effects in the aspect of increasing the compatibility between ceramic powder and organic binder, and can induce viscosity and improve ceramic solid content of the slurry. The single molecular layer saturated absorption of different couoling agents on Al 2O 3 powder were determined(SA 2 22%,1 octadecanol 2 15%, Aluminate 3 36%). The effects of different coupling agents on viscosity are determined at this absorption content. The effects of different operating process on viscosity are determined too.
