摘要
空气超音速火焰喷枪设计是开发空气超音速火焰喷涂技术的关键。本文阐述了喷枪的关键结构件包括燃烧室、laval喷嘴及加速管设计理论 ,即超音速燃烧学与空气动力学理论 ,在此基础上通过确定过程参数建立了以一维定常等熵流为假设条件的喷枪设计的理论模型 。
The design of the spraying gun is the chemical technology of developing high velocity Air fuel thermal spraying technology.The combustion and the aerodynamic theory of the chamber,the laval nozzle and the accelerate tube is reported in this article and the theory model of the design of the spraying gun is founded in case of the quasi one dimensional isentropic flow through confirm some parameters.It provided a perfect roof in order to lucubrate and develop the technology of HVAF and the design of the spraying gun.
