摘要
主要就Mn位用不同元素替代对La0 6 7Ca0 3 3 MnO3 磁性、输运行为和磁电阻的影响的实验结果作比较研究 。
In present paper the experimental results for the influence of different element substitution in Mn site on the magnetic, transport behavior and magnetoresistance(MR) effect of La 0 67 Ca 0 33 MnO 3 have been compared. It is shown that the substitution in Mn site may be the effective method for increasing and modulating the CMR effect of Mn oxide.
