A Probe to the Heating and Drying Conditions for Rewinding Skein Silk

通过调查测试,对复摇过程中丝片受热与干燥情况进行探讨。并在分析现有复摇设备优缺点的基础上,提出改进小瓮浸渍工艺。加强复摇机内对流换热作用,以及改变复摇大(竹或)的形态结构等措施,以获取复摇工序整体效益的提高。

The heating and drying conditions for rewinding skein silk are discussed through investigations and tests, and on the basis of analysing the merits and demerits of existing rewinding equipment, some measures for enhancing overall efficiency in the rewinding process are suggested, e.g. improving reel soaking, intensifying convection and heat exchange inside the rewinder, and modifying the structure of grand reel for rewinding.
