摘要
公共定价是政府的重要职能之一。本文从自然垄断、收入分配、有益品、财政收入和市场稳定等多种角度对政府干预公共产品的定价的理由进行探讨。
Public pricing is one of important functions.This thesis is focusing on the reasons for government intervention to pricing of public goods,such as natural monopoly,income distribution,merit goods,fiscal revenue,stability of market,and so on.
