摘要
采用半导体远红外加热技术设计的新型评茧仪烘箱,克服了原红外灯泡烘箱的光束会聚、温度不均匀、热利用率低等缺点,使干燥过程具有茧壳不需翻动、干燥均匀、不易烘焦、色泽符合标准要求,不发可见光线、不伤视力等优点。实践证明:烘干时间缩短一半以上,节能30%以上。
The newly-developed oven with semiconductor far infrared heating technology eliminates such demerits as uneven beam convergence, fluctuating temperature and low heat utilization occurring in former infrared bulb oven. The new oven, in which cocoons need not to be turned up, offers even drying free from scorching, and acceptable cocoon shade. On the other hand, it does not generate visible light that harms eyesight. In addition, the oven reduces drying time by half and saves energy over 30%.
