摘要
苏云金杆菌H3-111菌株摇瓶培养液,室内测定48h对刺蛾幼虫毒力回归方程为Y=4.2900+1.9898X,y=0.9452,与标准品比较其生物效价为3300.62IU.mg-1;大田测试表明BtH3-111菌株防治刺蛾高峰期在药后72h-96h,稀释500-1000倍的防效达85.71%-89.10%,略高于DDVP。
A new Bacillus thuringiensis mutant strain H3-111 is discussed in the paper. Toxic regression equation for BtH3-111 on Cnidocampa flavescens in laboratory test as follows: Y=4.200+1.9898X, γ=0.9452, and compared with standard sample (HD-1-S-1982), potency is 3300.62IU.mg-1;It is shown in field test that control peak of BtH3-111 on Cnidocampa flavescens is 72-96h of post-spraying with 85.71%-89.10% of mortality in dilution of 500-1000-fold aqueous , slightly higher than that of DDVP.
