摘要
研究了在稀盐酸介质中,NO-2催化溴酸钾氧化中性红使其褪色这一新的指示反应及其动力学条件,建立了灵敏的测定痕量NO-2的新方法.该方法的线性范围为20~70μg/L,检测限为0.04μg/L,方法简单、灵敏、准确、选择性好,用于水及蔬菜中痕量NO-2的测定,结果令人满意.
A mehtod has been proposed for the determination of trace nitrite which is used to catalyze the discoloring reaction of KBrO3 oxidizing litchi Chinese red in acid medium in the presence of the kinetic conditions have been studied. The linear range for nitrite in 20~70μg/L. The determination limit is 0.04 μg/L. The method is of high sensitivity selectivity accuracy and simplicity. The method has been applied to the determination of trace nitrite in water and vegetables samples with satisfactory results.
