摘要
采用五种不同的煮茧方法,通过缫丝试验,探索其工艺效果。结果表明,采用有别于柞蚕茧和桑茧的解舒工艺,以湿热前处理(特别使茧层吸水后的湿热处理)与添加活性剂的方式,可以明显改善天蚕茧舒性能,提高生丝回收率。
The reeling properties of Yamamai Cocoons are studied through trial reelings with cocoons cooked in five different processes. The results show the reeling process of wet heat pretreatment (especially for water-absorbed cocoon layers) with added activators, different from that for tussah and mulberry cocoons, can obviously improve the reelability and silk yielding of Yamamai cocoons.
