D301A型自动缫丝机经实缫生产一年半,机械运行正常。局验生丝平均品位31dtex(27/29D)为3A52,23dtex(20/22D)为3A06。缫折小于试样成绩。文章对原料茧质和生丝品质,工艺参数及运行情况作了介绍。实践表明该机均匀二度变化少,适应缫制较粗规格生丝;生产效率高,综合经济效益比立缫提高—倍以上。

The Automatic Silk Reeling Machine D301 A has been put into production reeling with normal mechanical operation for one and a half years. The bureau inspections indicate that the average quality of its raw silk reaches 3A52 for 31 dtex (27/29D) and 3A06 for 23 dtex (20/22D) respectively, while the cocoon consumption is lower than in trial reeling. In the article, the quality of both material cocoons and raw silk, technical data and operation conditions are discussed. The production reeling shows the machine is suitable for reeling thicker raw silk due to its less 2nd degree evenness change, and has higher productivity and better comprehensive economic efficiency (at least twice that of multi-end reeling machine).
