本研究主要对茧蛹皮的成分、结构进行物理、化学及电镜分析,从而确定其含有的主要成分及含甲壳质的数量,进而认定蛹皮的可利用价值,并对提取甲壳质的工艺进行初步探讨。

The structure and constituents of tussah pupal shirt are analysed by physical and chemical means, and by electronic microscope in order to identify its main constituents and determine its chitin content; Thereby, the possibilities of its utilization and the extraction process of its chitin are studied.
