新疆草地资源与草地畜牧业可持续发展

The Sustainable Development of Grassland Resources and Stock Farming of Xinjiang

新疆天然草地资源比较丰富 ,是中国重要的草原区之一。但是 ,长期以来 ,由于毁草开垦 ,乱挖药草 ,牲蓄增加 ,过渡放牧等不合理利用的原因 ,使草地退化、土地荒漠化、优良牧草减少、牧草产量下降、草地生态环境恶化、自然灾害增多 ,结果畜牧业生产难以可持续发展 ,草地资源与畜牧业生产可持续发展之间的矛盾日益突出 ,使畜产品数量减少、质量下降、抗灾能力减弱。因此 ,提高认识改变思想观念 ,因地制宜 ,加强草地管理和建设 ,合理利用草地资源 ,推广先进技术 ,改变靠天养蓄的现状 ,实现草业现代化 ,走草地畜牧业可持续发展的之路。

Xinjiang is one of the main pastoral areas in China but the excessive grazing and everlasting ruin of pastoral resources result in devastation of pastures,degradation of grassland,reduction of fine pastural output,and deterioration of ecological environment.ln this paper,the author suggests that in order to implement sustainable livestock farming,we should exploit grassland resources properly,enact powerful measures to solve existing problems,strengthen pastoral administration and construction,and try to make a best use of pastoral resources to realize the modernization of stock farming.
