摘要
从设计原则及适用范围、荷载的统计分析、设计表达式、分项系数的确定原则、荷载组合原则、荷载组合系数、荷载的代表值、短期和长期效应组合 8个方面 ,对可靠度理论在《水利水电工程结构可靠度设计统一标准》和《建筑结构设计统一标准》中的应用情况进行了分析比较 ,指出了其不同之处 .从而避免一些概念上的混淆 。
Applications of reliability theory to Unified Design Standard for Reliability of Hydraulic Engineering Structure and Unified Design Standard for Reliability of Architecture Structure are analyzed and compared based on design principle application range,statistic analysis of load,design expression,determination principle of load,combination coefficient of load,representative value of load and short term and long term effect combination aspects,then the differences between them are pointed out.It can help avoid confusion of conception,and furthermore can also serve as a reference for the revision or compiling of some relative design codes.
