摘要
建立了一种以正丁醇和七氟丁酸酐为衍生化试剂的氨基酸气相色谱分析法 .优选了衍生化条件 ,对野生果汁中的氨基酸进行了分离及定量分析 ,经多种样品测定 。
A derivational method for analysis of amino acid in wild fruit juice by wid bore capilly gas chromatography is present. The derivational agent were n butyl alcohol and fluoride butyric anhydride. The gas chromatographic condition were as follows, column: fused silica, HP 5, 10m×0.53mm×2.65μm. Caprine was used as internal standard.The average recoveries were 84.4%~96%.The method is proved to be highly sensitive,good reproducible and satisfactory.
