深圳石岩河河道整治工程设计方案的选定

The Choice of Design Plan in Project of Managing Shi Yan River in Shen Zhen

根据石岩河所处位置、河流类型 ,结合该河对下游的作用 :既要治理水土流失 ,防治洪涝 ,又要保护水库水质 ,因而把河道整治和治污工程相结合 ,先设计了三个方案 ,然后用效益比较法选择其中之一 。

Combining the functions of Shi Yan River to its lower reaches, such as administering soil erosion proventing flood and protecting water quality of the reservoir, we should combine the river management with the project of sewage treatment according to the location and catagerization of the river. First, we design three plans, then choose one by comparing benefical result to achieve the goal of comprehensive management.
