摘要
从非线性 Kubo公式出发 ,计算电流在平面 ( CIP)结构三层膜的巨磁阻效应 .通过考虑电子自旋相关体散射和界面散射 ,研究了电流在平面的巨磁阻量子效应 ,发现 Kubo公式中非线性部分在不同程度上影响巨磁阻效应 .在零温附近 ,温度参数对巨磁阻影响很小 。
In this paper,from the non linear Kubo formula,GMR effects for the current in plane geometry of the sandwiches were calculated.Via considering quantization of electron spin dependent reflection and interface scattering,it found that GMR effects from non linear Kubo part cannot be ignored;between the temperature and external voltage,the former has little influence on the GMR,while the latter is greater.
