摘要
从温州东方集团的电镀废水及污泥中分离得到细菌 ,并进行纯化 ,共得耐氰菌 2 3株。它们均能在高浓度含CN- 的牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基中生长 ,其中 8株有较好耐受力 ,耐受力最强的 4# 菌能在 2 5 0 0mg/L的CN-浓度中生长 ,经测试有 6株解氰率达 80 %以上 ,4# 菌的解氰率最高。经鉴定 4# 为不动细菌属 (Acinetoboctersp .) ,同时研究了 4# 在不同温度、pH、培养时间、不同接种量、不同氰化物浓度对解氰的影响 ,结果表明 :最佳pH为 6.5 ,最佳温度范围为 2 4~ 2 8℃ ,最佳培养时间为 1 6h ,接种量与氰化物对解氰有一定影响。最佳条件下 ,4# 菌在 8h时的解氰率可达 98.5 % ,1 2h时可将含CN- 4 5mg/L的废水降解至 0 .5mg/L以下 。
The strains of bacterium were screened and purified from electroplating sludge and wastewater in Wenzhou electroplating factory in this experiment. 23 strains were obtained by screening,8 strains of those can live in CN - concentration of 800 mg/L.We also found that 4 # can live in CN - concentration of 2 500 mg/L.Among them ,there are 6 strains which can reduce CN - to above 80%,and 4 # has the highest degradation rate.The influence of initial pH,temperature,culture time,inoculating amount and concentration of CN - was studied.The result showed that the strain's optimum culture time was 16 h ,the optimum temperature range of temperature was 24~28 ℃,optimum pH value was 6.5 and the rate of degradation was more than 98.5% in 8 h.The CN - concentration was reduced to 0.5 mg/L at intitial CN - concentration of 45 mg/L after 12 h degradation, meets 1st grade of discharge stand.
