摘要
骨质疏松是危害人类健康的常见病,低钙饮食是导致骨质疏松的一个重要原因。低钙饮食影响机体钙代谢、骨代谢及骨再建,低钙对骨质疏松的影响还与有关基因表达及基因多态性有关。
