心肌M细胞及其在长QT综合征电生理机制中的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 心室肌细胞存在电异质性 ,电异质性与一些心律失常的发生有关。笔者论述了心室壁中间层 (M)细胞的解剖学基础、电生理特性及离子流特点 ,并从这些特性上阐述了M细胞与心电图上早期后除极以及长QT综合征的内在联系 。
