CHY稠油热采添加剂的应用研究

利用工业废料经处理改性研制出了一种新型的羧酸盐类降粘剂CHY ,对CHY产品进行了室内评价 ,同时进行了矿场试验。结果表明 ,CHY产品来源广、价格低 ,降粘效果和洗油效果好 ,能有效降低油水界面张力。在一定条件下 ,含有一定质量分数的CHY油水体系可形成水包油乳状液 ,降低稠油粘度 ,从而改善稠油的流动性 。

CHY, a new viscosity reduction agent of carboxyl acid salt, has been developed through treating and modifying industrial waste. CHY product has been tested both in laboratory and on field. The result shows that CHY has sufficient sources, spends less, is effective in viscosity reduction and oil displacement, and can effectively reduce oil water IFT. Under certain conditions, CHY oil water system with certain mass fraction may form oil in water emulsion, reduce viscosity, so as to improve flowability and recovery factor of heavy oil.
