Investigation in theory study and testing research measuring saturation of two phase fluid in porous media is introduced. The principle of testing research is stated, which, based on a testing system, is designed and developed. The original data changed with testing time are illustrated by chart and diagram, which is analysed in detail. In general, the precondition of testing research in the model measuring saturation of two phase fluid in porous media with acoustic emission technique is given.
