摘要
目的 :观察新生儿高血糖症时血糖值与血液尿素氮、细胞外液渗透压、电解质之间关系及血糖值、血液尿素氮、细胞外液渗透压、电解质与存活率之间关系。方法 :对 37例新生儿高血糖症同时检测血糖、电解质、血渗透压与尿素氮值。比较痊愈组与死亡组中血糖、电解质、血渗透压与尿素氮的差别。结果 :随血糖值增高 ,血钠值相应减少 (r=- 0 4 78) ,而血渗透压与尿素氮相应增加 (r=0 4 81,r=0 4 6 6 )。痊愈组与死亡组的血糖、渗透压与尿素氮值有统计学差别 (P <0 0 5 )。结论
Objective:To investigate the relationships between concentration of blood glucose and blood urea nitrogen,osmotic pressure of extracellular fluid electrolytes in neonatal hyperglycemia and its clinical significance.Methods:Electrolytes,osmotic pressure,urea nitrogen and blood glucose in 37 cases of neonatal hyperglycemia were measured simultaneously.The correlation between mortality and blood glucose value and correlation between blood glucose and BUN,osmotic pressure and serum electrolytes were analyzed.Results:The correlation coefficients between glucose and BUN,osmotic pressure and sodium are 0 466,0 481 and-0 478(p<0 05) respectively.The difference of BUN,osmotic pressure,glucose between cured group and dead group is significantly statistically.Conclusion:The values of BUN,osmotic pressure are elevated and correlated with mortality in neonatal hyperglycemia.
