青霉素药物鉴测卡的制备及应用研究

文章报道了一种青霉素药物鉴测卡的实验室制备方法,研究了所制备的鉴测卡的响应特性,该活性电极响应快速,选择性、稳定性、重现性均较好。电极检测下限可达2.37×10-4mol/L,线性范围为4.68×10-4～1.0×10-1mol/L,斜率为59.3mV/pC。

The preparation method of penicillin G electrode is reported, the response characteristics of the electrode is investigated,and some influence factors are discussed.The electrode has a nernst response range from 4.68×10-4～1.0×10-1mol/L and an average slope of 59.3 mV/pC.The limit of detection is 2.37×10-4mol/L.
