塑料制袋滚切技术是卷装背心袋生产线的核心技术。通过对塑料制袋滚切技术的深入研究,在滚刀结构、材料及热处理工艺、刃磨技术和滚切机构方面进行了全面的改进和更新。现场实践表明:新型滚切机构的研制是成功的。

Roll-cutting technology for producing plastic bag was deeply studied in this paper. The structure and material of rolling cutter, the corresponding heat treatment, the edge grinding technology and the machine structure have been improved and renovated. It is proved that the research result can fill up the relevant technological blank in China.
