摘要
针对现有过程全局蒸汽管网设计方法在工程应用中的局限性,提出了以全局夹点分析方法为基础,以总费用最低为目标的非线性设计型数学模型为判据,对全局蒸汽管网进行优化设计的方法,应用此方法对一新建石化工厂的蒸汽管网系统进行优化设计,与经验设计相比,预计可节约费用340万元/年以上。
According to limitation in the design method of the total steam system in practical engineering, optimization design method of the total steam system is presented in the paper, based on the total pinch analysis, using the nonlinear design model aiming to the lowest total expenses as judgement. Application of the method to the optimization design of steam system of a new plant can save more than 3.4 million yuan per year comparing with experiential design.
